  • What is the Lyme Disease Journal?
Your Lyme Disease Journal helps you track your daily symptoms, supplements, prescriptions, exercises, to do lists, rife frequencies and detoxification as well as a daily blog to track your thoughts and feelings. A one of a kind tool to help you through your journey back to health from Lyme Disease.
 
  • How do I track my symptoms?
When you land on your private daily journal page, you will see all of your current day journals. If you have not tracked your Lyme disease symptoms for this day, you will see a button to click to Track Your Symptoms.
Once you have clicked this button, you will land where you can now use the sliders to rate your symptoms for the day. Rate Your Activity Level, Herx Level, Pain Level, Mental Function, Sleep Difficulty, and Fatigue Level. 10 is worst, 0 is best. When you are finished rating your daily symptoms, click on "Save Symptoms" and your daily symtpoms will be transferred to graphs and will be saved to Daily Journal Page in the form of graphs charting your progress towards health.
Next time you see your doctor, bring along a detailed list of symptoms, which could provide valuable insight into your improvement.

  • How do I track my supplements?
When you land on your private daily journal page, scroll down to your supplement journal. If you have not previously entered your supplements, click on "Update Chart".
The Supplement Chart can be used to provide a daily log of the vitamins and supplements you are taking. Our database contains thousands of vitamins, supplements categorized by type of supplement or a particular protocol, plus we make it easy to add your own supplements if needed. Either use the dropdowns to select a supplement or add your own. When you add a supplement to your personalized list in the Supplement Chart, it will automatically be added to your Supplement Journal.
When you have finished adding all your supplements, simply click on "Back To Daily Journal". Now each day you come to your journal page, all you have to do is select what you have taken that day and your daily history will be saved.You can change the day by clicking on the calendar day you would like to view.
If at any time, your daily protocol has changed, simply click on "Update Chart" and add, edit or delete your supplments and your Journal Page will reflect these changes.
Tracking daily usage can help provide doctors with a detailed view of how you are using supplements and at what quantities on a daily basis.

  • How do I track my prescriptions?
When you land on your private daily journal page, scroll down to your prescription journal. If you have not previously entered your prescriptions, click on "Update Chart".
The Prescription Chart can be used to provide a daily log of the prescriptions you are taking. Our database contains some basic Lyme Disease Prescriptions categorized by either oral or parenteral (def: Taken into the body or administered in a manner other than orally, as by intravenous or intramuscular injection.), plus we make it easy to add your own prescriptions if needed. Either use the dropdowns to select a prescriptions or add your own. When you add a prescription to your personalized list in the Prescription Chart, it will automatically be added to your Prescription Journal.
When you have finished adding all your prescriptions, simply click on "Back To Daily Journal". Now each day you come to your journal page, all you have to do is select what you have taken that day and your daily history will be saved.You can change the day by clicking on the calendar day you would like to view.
If at any time, your daily protocol has changed, simply click on "Update Chart" and add, edit or delete your prescriptions and your Journal Page will reflect these changes.

The Exercise Chart can be used to provide a daily log of the exercises you are taking. Our database contains some basic exercises categorized by type of exercise, plus we make it easy to add your own exercises if needed. Either use the dropdowns to select a exercises or add your own. When you add a exercise to your personalized list in the Exercise Chart, it will automatically be added to your Exercise Journal.

The Rife Frequency Chart can be used to provide a daily log of the rife frequencies you are using. Our database contains some basic Rife Frequencies categorized by type of illness {these are recommendations based on Lyme Disease and Rife Machines by Bryan Rosner], plus we make it easy to add your own rife frequencies if needed. Either use the dropdowns to select a frequency or add your own. When you add a frequency to your personalized list in the Rife Frequency Chart, it will automatically be added to your Rife Frequency Journal.
When you have finished adding all your rife frequencies, simply click on "Back To Daily Journal". Now each day you come to your journal page, all you have to do is select what frequency you have done on that day and your daily history will be saved.You can change the day by clicking on the calendar day you would like to view.

Yes. Under each Journal [Symptoms, Supplements, Prescriptions, Blog, etc.], you can choose to either make each journal Public or Private. If you select Public your journal will be view by all on your Public Profile Page.
