  • JonnOfMars asks: Cat's Claw, Echinacea, b vitamins, Ginseng and garlic are things I've been taking faithfully over the last 6 months and I feel they have helped as I've improved...oh so slowly! Now I'm going to add honey and cinnamon to my daily routine. But maybe I'd be improving with the antibiotics alone, there's no real way to tell. Any thoughts about these herbs and supplements?
